1. Ingress and egress to the subject property and any proposed or existing structures thereon, with particular reference to automotive and pedestrian safety and convenience, traffic flow and control, and access in case of fire or catastrophe.

2. Off-street parking and loading areas if they are required, and the regulation of the economic, noise, glare or odor effects of the conditional use on adjoining properties in the district.

7. Please provide a site plan of the subject property on an 8 1/2" x 11" sheet of paper. Be sure to include: Lot lines and their dimensions; building setbacks from lot lines; adjacent streets; existing and proposed buildings; fences or walls and off-street parking areas.
