Elevation Certificate

An Elevation Certificate is required along with the Floodplain Development Permit if you plan on building in the Floodplain area. You can find a copy of the ELEVATION CERTIFICATE at: The Federal Emergency Management Agency website page:

Please follow the instructions available at the website and complete the Elevation Certificate located at the site. (Adobe and MS Word formats are available). If you have problems retrieving a copy, please contact the Permits office at (402) 444-7189 or email us.
